This paper evaluates the design solutions of the main types of frame-sheathed partition walls used in civil and industrial construction. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to improve the sound insulation performance of internal partition systems while reducing material consumption and installation complexity. The aim of the research is to assess the structural solutions of frame partition walls and identify the key geometric and physical-mechanical parameters affecting their performance. The study employs structural and comparative analysis of regulatory documents, standard design solutions, and technical catalogues of construction materials. The main frame types, sheathing configurations, fixing methods, and connection details of structural elements were systematically analyzed. The study identified the principal geometric characteristics of frame partitions and determined the parameters that have the greatest influence on their strength, stability, and airborne sound insulation performance. The obtained results provide a basis for selecting rational design solutions that satisfy current building requirements for acoustic comfort, structural reliability, and construction efficiency. The findings can be applied in the design and optimization of internal partition systems for modern buildings.
